Kunshan Rongzhan Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (“Kunshan Rongzhan”), a Taiwan-funded enterprise which was established in April 2005, is specialized in manufacturing large-scale progressive dies, engineering dies and multi-position stamping dies. It is located in the Kunshan Chengbei Mould Development Zone and integrates the design, manufacturing and sales of dies. The company possesses a total investment of USD 2 million and covers an area of 12,000 m2. Kunshan Rongzhan is a subsidiary of Taiwan Hongye Group, whose other subsidiaries include Dongguan Hongye Mold Co., Ltd. Since its establishment, Kunshan Rongzhan has invested in precision processing equipment while undertaking difficult projects in China and overseas, and focusing on the accumulation of expertise. In the process, the company has gained some reputation in areas such as LED back panels and dies for kitchen appliances.

To provide our customers with the most comprehensive products and the finest services, the company has 40 sets of machining equipment, including 19 FANUC low-speed wire-cutting machines (maximum stroke of 800 mm x 500 mm), eight Vision Wide Tech precision processing central machines (maximum stroke of 3000X2000); 12 Taiwan Jiande grinders (maximum stroke of 1500 x 600), five test punches (maximum 800 tons); the monthly output of the mold department is higher than 120 sets of medium and large metal-stamping dies. The company has introduced WEIHONG triple-coordinate measuring machines, Sunyo 2.5D projection measuring instrument and height gauge to optimize our detection means and screen any defect that may occur in a product.
